With a strong emphasis on player and personal development, the VFC Academy offers a professional pathway for ambitious and talented players to potentially become VFC first team players.

The desire to provide additional high level Canadian opportunities to our Canadian players has been the goal of VFC since before its inception.

The VFC Academy not only provides increased opportunities to participate in the sport, but is guided by a team of experienced and accomplished coaches and leaders.

The VFC Academy currently encompasses 2 age groups, ranging from U16 to U-17. Despite being relatively young, the club has already achieved significant milestones in youth inclusion within the first team environment, including producing VFC's first U18 players for the senior team, and sending several players to represent their respective countries in youth national teams.
